EL BURRO CALIENTE
Enhances the flavors in the roasted garlic and au gratin potatoes.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
1.5 fl. oz. - Patron Silver Tequila
0.5 fl. oz. - Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
0.5 fl. oz. - Fresh Lime Juice
2.0 fl. oz. - Ginger Beer
1 dash - Bitters
GARNISH - Tajín rim

LET'S ADD IT ALL UP!
- Measure all ingredients into a pint glass
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds
- Pour pint glass into Tajín rimmed glass
- Top with ginger beer
- Add ice if needed and garnish
