RARE: 5 - 7 min 120° - Cool center, red interior
MEDIUM RARE: 7 - 9 min 130° - Warmer center, red throughout
MEDIUM: 9 - 10 min 140° - Warm, pink center
MEDIUM WELL: 10 - 12 min 150° - Hot, slightly pink center
WELL DONE: 12 - 14 min 160°+ - Hot, fully cook throughout
