I took family to Black Angus for dinner this evening. Birthday for my niece. I was told I didn't know what I was talking about because there was no offering of Campfire Dinner plus Wagonwheel appetizers for extra money. All I was allowed to order was an entree which was a New York strip a salad wedge and loaded baked potato. Then all we could have was potato skins for dessert a big chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. Dinner was good. BUT I was told there was not an upgrade for extra money for 2 to be able to have the shrimp cocktails zucchini some chicken stripe deep fried and carrot/ celery sticks all served with 2 white dipping sauces. I was embarrassed when our waitress Judy said there was no such items on the menu. She repeatedly embarrassed me in front of my family. I am 80 years old quite coherent and she treated me so disrespectful. My whole family noticed her surely arrogant attitude. Black Angus Power Road and Hampton in Mesa Az. I told the General Manager about my condescending treatment. He followed me outside and apologized. My niece who's Birthday it was confirmed how nasty Judy was to me all through our dinner. $193.00 for dinner for 4 and I left her a $40.00 tip because I didn't want her to say I was being cheap. I didn't want to have a showdown right during our celebration of Tammy's birthday dinner the waitress had already made all us so uncomfortable. I hadn't seen my niece for almost 8 years took the family out to dinner and look what we were subjected to. Hurts my heart.
