Char-grilled Open Flame Cooking Recommendations

  • Thaw frozen shrimp in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
  • Pre-heat grill to 400°F.
  • Season thawed shrimp with salt & pepper or desired seasoning blend. Lightly brush shrimp with neutral oil, like grapeseed oil, to avoid shrimp sticking to the grill.
  • Place shrimp on grill and cook for 2 minutes. Flip shrimp and cook on the other side for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes more, until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the shrimp reaches 145°F.
  • Finish cooked shrimp with melted butter, if desired.
